Your Questions About Virus Protection For Mac

Ruth asks…

What is the best free internet security software?

I have had a lot of problems with various security software & am now looking into freeware. I have heard conflicting information on the reliability of many products & have also heard that you need to have several running concurrently to get the best protection. I have just downloaded Spyware Terminator with ClamAV virus protection, but their support centre told me I should not run it alone. I am also looking for firewall protection. PLEASE HELP!!

softwareguru answers:

Susan asks…

What is the best internet protection for a mac?

What is the best internet protection/anti virus for a mac?

softwareguru answers:

In fact, there are no viruses for mac. However if you want it, I know a few of them.

1.Norton anti-virus for mac
2.Pctools i-antivirus

I don’t use MacOS so I don’t know where to download it. I just heard these names from other people, but I think Norton will work from my point of view.

Hope this help 🙂
