Can i delete the vista home security 2012 virus from another user on my laptop?

On my laptop one of the users (the administrator) has been infected with the vista home security 2012 virus. I created another user after I got the virus which is an admistrator account aswell. I was just wondering if there was any way of getting rid of the virus via another user (the new one) or if it has to be direct. PLEASE help!!!!

Is there a progam that can get rid of vista internet secuirity 2012?

I have Malwarebytes and Superantispyware on my comp, but the vista secuirity 2012 won’t let me use them, nor let me use system restore. Is there any other progam that can remove this? Is there any way to remove this please!!!!!

You’ll need to boot into Safe Mode and run rkill to kill the malware process, and maybe rename the Malwarebytes and SAS executable files’ names.  See these tutorials for more information:
